Submerge yourself in our very own wellness experience. Detox and relax in our Scandinavian sauna, where soothing heat melts away tension and muscle aches. Then, refresh and recharge with an invigorating plunge into our cold water oak barrels, reducing inflammation and fatigue for a renewed sense of energy.

THE EXPERIENCE

  • Our spa features an 85℃ Scandinavian sauna
  • Each session lasts 45 minutes, we recommend arriving early to get ready for your session
  • Off-peak: Weekdays 7am–5pm
  • Peak:  Weekdays 5pm–10pm, Weekends 8am–8pm
  • Members get 20% off all sessions
  • 6 ppl per session, please book in advance to avoid disappointment

BEST PRACTICE

  • Swimwear must be worn at all times
  • Always sit on a towel when using the sauna
  • Shower before entering the plunge tanks
  • Do not touch the sauna stove or heating elements
  • Floors maybe slippy when wet, move with caution. Grippy flip flops are advised but not mandatory
  • Don't overdo it, if you don't feel right, step outside and let our staff know
