Can you tailor the retreat to our business goals?

Plus icon

What happens during a half-day movement retreat?

Plus icon

Every session is designed around your team ahead of time, so the day itself feels natural rather than scheduled, moving from movement into stillness into conversation, without it feeling stage-managed. Climbing brings focus and shared problem-solving; yoga brings the body back to calm; and space for reflection lets the two settle into something your team can actually take back to work with them. Ending with included lunch full of nourishment for the rest of your day!

What happens during a half-day strategy retreat?

Plus icon

The morning starts on the wall, climbing has a way of pulling you fully into the present; when you're working out your next move, there's no room left to think about anything else. That sets the tone for the movement session that follows - yoga, strength or calisthenics - shaped around what the team needs. From there, out of your head and into the moment, you're ready to move onto the next stage: a dedicated space, calm and focused, to solve whatever's in front of your business.

What’s included in a full-day strategy retreat?

Plus icon

Every full day starts with a simple question: what do you want to get out of it? Ahead of the session, your team shares what matters most to them, whether that's building trust, integrating new starters, or working through something specific, and the day is shaped around it. You'll move together first, climbing then yoga/strength or calisthenics, before splitting your strategic time across two sessions, one before and one after lunch, with dedicated sauna time in between to properly reset. The result is a day that's built around what your team actually needs, not a fixed format.

Why choose a climbing gym for a corporate away day?

Plus icon

A climbing gym doesn't look or feel like anywhere else your team works, but that's the point. Away from desks and screens, a physical challenge changes how people communicate: you talk differently when you're spotting someone below, or working out a route together, than you do in a meeting room. It breaks the usual routines and hierarchies, and out of that shared challenge, teams tend to connect in ways a normal day at the office doesn't reach.

What should I wear for climbing?

Plus icon

Wear comfortable, flexible activewear — like leggings, shorts, and a T-shirt. Avoid anything too loose or restrictive to keep movement easy and safe.

DO YOU HAVE LOCKERS AVAILABLE?

Plus icon

Do you offer wheelchair access?
