Single and ready to mingle? Haystack is taking over Substation for a climbing date night! Using their unique technology, all participants will be matched into like-minded groups before getting stuck into some climbing, drinks and well... who knows what else?! Please arrive fome 6pm to get checked in, climbing runs from around 7:00 to 9:30pm, but the night doesn’t stop there. Afterwards, we’ll head into Substation’s café-bar for a proper social. We’ve brought in a DJ to set the vibe, so you can grab a drink and enjoy the eve. Tickets are purchasable through Fatsoma – click the link to get your ticket!

Ladies, looking to meet new climbing friends, build confidence on the wall, or just have some fun? Join our weekly women’s social, led by our friendly female coaches, for a relaxed and supportive session where climbers of all levels can connect and work on climbs together. This free social is open to beginners and experienced climbers alike—no booking required, just ask at the desk when you arrive and we’ll point you in the right direction.
Guided by one of our experienced coaches, this fun social is a great opportunity to project routes with new friends and pick-up tips from all experience levels every Thursday, 6:00pm - 8:00pm.
Sublime Bouldering League finalists will battle it out to win £3000 in cash prizes on November 29th, 7-10pm. Sublime qualifying rounds are now closed. Join us for the finals as a spectator and soak up the atmosphere as the top 5 qualifiers from each category fight for first place (£1000 cash)! Expect inspirational climbing, delicious pizza and crispy cold pints starting from 7pm.
This 90 minute Womens Circle is a supportive and empowering space for women to come together, share experiences and learn from each other. You will be invited to explore topics like Belonging and Connection- beginning with a mindful grounding practice, followed by a guided conversation that will encouraging participants to delve deeper into themselves and the shared theme. There will be a maximum of 10 participants to keep the experience intimate. All ticket proceeds are being donated to CHOOSE LOVE to support their ongoing efforts in Gaza and Palestine.
The BRIT ROCK FILM TOUR is back for 2024 with another stunning line-up of the UK’s best climbing and adventure films from the past year. Three exhilarating short films capturing an array of hardcore action, pioneering spirit and some proper madness will be showcased on the 23rd November, 7–9:30pm at Substation Brixton! Come and join us for an evening of inspirational climbing footage, beers and pizza!

Dig out your best fancy dress and join us for our annual Halloween UV party on the 31st of October! Expect hair-raising glow in the dark climbs and challenges, monster tunes and spooky pizza specials. Prizes will be awarded for the best fancy dress so dress to impress! This event is suited to climbers of all ages and abilities. We have a maximum capacity on the night so booking ahead of time is advised.
Join us for a day of live music, games and delicious stone-baked pizza fresh from our new pizzeria The Gritstone. Enjoy tasters from local breweries and suppliers plus a tonne of entertainment from our pub quiz master Periclease! 3pm – 11pm, Saturday 29th June.

Begin your journey upside down with this 4 week Handstand course instructed by Sarah Rogue. Each week we’ll explore different building blocks, techniques and drills to support your inversion journey. Expect some lovely tunes, partner work, creative drilling and wobbly good time! This course is aimed at those who are at the start of their inversion journey and those working on getting stable up in the air! Questions?
